Cambrils :

Cambrils used to be about 3km from Salou, However as both resorts have grown outwards there is now not much of a border between them. Because of this Cambrils is unfairly considered Salou’s little brother. Cambrils however has a distinct feel , an authentic old town and some of the best seafood restaurants in the whole of Spain, The area around the town is famous for its Siurana Olive oil production and it is omnipresent in the restaurants around the port and Marina. Like its neighbour it is located close to Barcelona and both airports and is on the train route to Barca. Cambrils is close to the local Universal studios themepark and aquapark. The beaches at cambrils are large and (almost) white and shelve gently into the sea. The resort is busy and has a good nightlife but clubbers should really take a taxi or walk up to Salou.
